Problem with your order?
If there is a problem with your order (missing item, damaged items, etc), please email me within 3 days of delivery with your order number, an explanation of the problem, and images so that you can be best assisted.
Processing Time

At checkout you are required to check a box acknowledging that you've 'seen the order processing time posted at the top of the page and agree to all terms are conditions'. This page contains the remainder of those terms and conditions.
Please note that the order processing time posted at the top of the website is an estimate and not a guarantee. Rainbow Palette Beads will do its best to ship within this time frame, however as a one-person small business, it may occasionally take an extra day or so.
As noted earlier - all sales are final. As such, orders cannot be cancelled because you didn't notice the posted processing time that you agreed to.
In the unexpected event that I exceed the anticipated processing time (with the 1st business day beginning the first business day after you order), I will respect your decision to cancel upon request (as long as your order has not yet left my care and made its way to USPS, UPS, etc.).
Please keep in mind that during site-wide sales, processing times will likely increase and the dates posted at the top of the website may not accurately reflect the processing time at that exact moment in time (as they will rapidly change). During sitewide sales, orders may not be canceled due to a longer than usual processing time.
If you need your order sooner than the estimated processing time would allow for, please reach out to me via email. I may be able to rush your order.
Combining Orders
If I see you have multiple open orders going to the same address, I will do my best to combine them and refund the excess shipping costs (as a courtesy to you). That being said, I do not always catch them - nor is it my obligation to do this. If you would like me to combine an order, please reach out to me as soon as possible to see if it can be done.
Please also note that excess shipping fees may not be refunded when combining multiple orders that contain Rainbow Palette Rewards points discounts. This is determined on a case by case basis.
Package Delays
Please note that I have no control over how long your package takes once it is 'in transit'.
Shipping options like USPS Ground Advantage (while cost-efficient) are more prone to delays, especially around the holidays.
If your tracking number has not shown any movement in 7 days, please reach out to me via email so that I may assist you in opening a case or figuring out next steps.
All packages are insured, so please be rest assured that you will not be out money - and we will figure it out.
'Lost packages' may take up to 20 days post mailing to be deemed 'lost' before insurance will pay out.
International Orders
As noted on all item listings (in the shipping section), international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, VAT, etc, by a buyer's home country and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. These are not the responsibility of Rainbow Palette Beads.
In order to cut down on these fees, I recommend selecting USPS for your shipping method at checkout. While UPS may look like they have lower and more favorable rates, upon entrance into your country, they will likely charge both customs fees and a large brokerage fee in addition.
** Please note that refusing to pay customs fees and having the package returned will not result in a full refund. Those fees (and any additional fees as a result of the package being returned) will then have to be paid out by Rainbow Palette Beads. Once your package is returned, a partial refund will be given (minus customs fees, brokerage fees, any return fees, and all shipping fees). By ordering and checking the box agreeing to all terms and conditions in the cart, you both acknowledge and agree to these terms.
